How it runs: Company & team event
Summer party, kick-off, offsite or holiday party: many people only know their immediate team, and new colleagues stay invisible. Classic team-building formats feel refreshing to some and forced to others. Social Bingo offers a light framework — join in if you like; stay by the buffet if you'd rather.
- Approve the quests
Start with the company event template, add locations, projects or values and have the texts reviewed internally. The cards contain no personal data.
- Hand out at check-in
Card and pen come with the name badge. Two sentences in the welcome are enough; no host required.
- Wrap-up before dessert
A full row earns a small prize at the bar — which starts the next conversation right away.
Frequently asked questions
Can Social Bingo be used in a GDPR-compliant way?
Mingo stores project data in the EU. The printed cards contain no personal data — only quests. QR codes for digital cards are optional.
Does it work for small teams under ten people?
It's fun from about eight people. For very small teams, drop the group quests or replace them with tasks for two.
Can we mix remote and office teams?
Yes. Phrase quests so they work on site — for example a shared coffee break or a project anecdote rather than pure office insider jokes.
How do we document the cost?
You pay per export and receive an invoice via Stripe — no licence, no subscription.
